Pastor Dick Bashta

Director

For the last 47 years, Pastor Dick and his wife, Susie, have been missionaries, mission pastors, and directors of two mission sending organizations based at their local church. They served with Bro. Rod and Mary Aguillard in Reserve, LA for 20 years, and for the last 19 years, they have been mission pastors at Living Stones Church in Crown Point, IN.

In 2008, Pastor Dick founded GlobalROAR, a mission sending organization and theROAR, a ministry training school for national pastors, which he directs.

GlobalROAR is currently in the middle of a three-year initiative, ROAR70, which is projected to have 70 new Bible Schools in 28 countries by the year 2027.

These schools equip national pastors to plant churches in their own countries and beyond.

For the last 25 years, Pastor Dick’s focus has been on reaching unreached peoples and “Turning the Great Commission into the Great Completion!” He and Susie have ministered in 60 countries of the world and have a passion to do two things - TRAIN and SEND!

She also enjoys leading short-term mission trips.

She and Dick have been happily and strategically married for 48 years. They have five children, all serving in ministry, and eight grandchildren.

Kelly Hulsing

In his local church, he is the Small Group Director; oversees the First-Impression ministries; leads a marriage-focused small group; and spends his time discipling men and developing leaders. In the workplace, he has more than 20 years of business operations and people management/development experience.

He and his wife, Donna, who is also a NRPSOM graduate, have 3 children, all who are actively serving in the local church in a variety of ways - but most importantly, are serving the Lord in all they do.
