Several times during the year, students will gather together with the School of Ministry Leadership team and their cohorts. Credits are gained through these weekend meetings, and there is mandatory student participation.

Students should plan to arrive by 3:30pm (if flying or coming from a distance).
Shuttles from Midway Airport (only) will be arranged, if necessary.
NOTE: LTWs will begin at 4:00pm on Thursday afternoon and end by 1:00pm on Sunday. If the student is flying in, plan to adjust flights to not arrive after 2:00pm on Thursday and leave before 4:00pm on Sunday.
